Zach Zimmerman

Zach Zimmerman is a sweet, queer Southern boy who lives in Brooklyn by way of Chicago. A 2019 TimeOut NY Comic to Watch, Zach’s first comedy album “Clean Comedy,” debuted at #1 on the iTunes Comedy charts the Billboard Top 10. He’s been featured in New York Magazine, Vulture, and The New York Times for his unique, provocative, vulnerable comedy, and published in The New Yorker and McSweeney’s.
He’s a Moth StorySLAM Champion, creator/host of the experimental show 100 People in a Room presented at ARS NOVA, and once opened for the drag queen Alyssa Edwards. He performs regularly in New York at Union Hall, Littlefield, Stand Up NY, and Caroline’s on Broadway. Zach is a proud alum of The Second City Theatricals in Chicago, a first-generation Princeton University grad, and an out queer, vegetarian atheist.
